“An Albany County-based advanced materials company is planning to relocate to a larger facility in Menands near Interstate 787’s Exit 6.
YINCAE Advanced Materials LLC has filed documents with the village seeking a special use permit to occupy 93 Broadway, a two-story, 67,000-square-foot office/warehouse building that for decades was leased by the state Office of General Services.”
Troy approves 193-unit apartment complex on Uncle Sam garage site
“The Troy Planning Board has approved a plan by R.J. Valente Cos. to build a 193-unit apartment complex on the former site of the Uncle Sam parking garage on Fourth Street.
Conditional site plan approval was granted at the planning board’s Feb. 17 meeting, as reported by the Albany Business Review.”
SEAT Center Build Up program trains workers for clean energy jobs
